Tomato Sauces.

Plain tomato coulis.

Very slightly salted, the SANOFRUIT tomato coulis is prepared with tomatoes ripened under the Provencal sun.

This coulis is ready to use, and is the ideal ingredient for all your sauces – for pasta, rice and pizzas. This coulis is also an ideal base for sauces to go with meats, fish and vegetables.

Provencal tomato sauce (onion, garlic, basil).

This richly flavoured sauce is prepared with tomatoes ripened under the Provencal sun.
This sauce can be used as is, or makes an excellent base for other sauces.
