We develop fruit preparations for specific yogurts, ice creams and dairy beverages for our industrial clients. We propose bases with and without fruit pieces. Our bases comply with the legislation and contain no colouring agents, no preservatives, no artificial flavour.

Sanofruit continues the long-standing tradition of candied chestnuts made with the quintessential variety from ’Ardèche, “La Bouche Rouge”.
Harvested in their favourite growing area, around the villages of Antraigues and Genestelle in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, the chestnuts are the "Bouche Rouge" variety. They have been carefully sorted and peeled in our premises.
The unique taste of this chestnut provides this candied chestnut production with inimitable character and continues a time-honoured Ardèche tradition.
The chestnuts are candied and iced, and undergo several inspections during the many steps required in their making.
For the Christmas holidays, we offer Organic Candied Chestnuts in syrup.
