Made with AOC Chestnuts from Ardèche.

Since late 2008, we have been providing Organic Candied Chestnuts for the Christmas holidays in a wooden gift box with 16 Candied Chestnuts, and in 350-g boxes.

Harvested in their favourite growing area, around the villages of Antraigues and Genestelle in the heart of the Ardèche Cévennes, the chestnuts are the "Bouche Rouge" variety. They have been carefully sorted and peeled in our premises.

The chestnuts are candied and iced, and undergo several inspections during the many steps required in their making.

Since late 2009, these Candied Chestnuts also come in 350-g boxes.
